I’m Jacinta Lee — Sex & Intimacy Consultant, Sexologist, Sex Educator, Love, Sex & Relationship Coach, Registered Nurse, Yoga Teacher, Author, and Founder of Open Hands, Soft Palms.

But more than my titles, I am a woman who’s walked the path of trauma, shame, disconnection, and survival — and emerged with a deep reverence for the sacred feminine and the healing power of erotic embodiment.

From Surviving to Soaring: My Journey

In my early twenties, I entered therapy to address the complex layers of trauma I carried, including CHSA, c-PTSD, ADHD & dyslexia. As I unpacked these layers, I realised something fundamental was missing:

I had no real, spiritual, or deeply embodied understanding of my true feminine sexuality.

I knew biology. I knew religion’s judgments. I knew how to protect myself in relationships. But I didn’t know how to feel safe in my body, how to connect to my erotic essence, or how to trust the wisdom of my femininity.

That awakening came when I finally — nervously and reluctantly — attended my first Shakti Circle. What I found was the opposite of what I feared: tenderness, emotional safety, shared wisdom, and a kind of sacred connection I had never known.

What I Learned, and Now Teach

Over the next decade, I immersed myself in the Sacred Feminine Arts, exploring tantra, erotic archetypes, somatic healing, shadow work, lineage repair, sacred ritual, embodiment practices, psychology, yoga, spiritualism and beyond.

I wasn’t just studying — I was remembering who I truly was.

Now, I bring all of that wisdom together — along with formal training in the VITA Method, clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sexology — to support women like you.
